Upon delivery, our Shisha Expert will need 15 - 20 minutes to light the coals and prepare your pipe to be ready for smoking. Also, before returning it, he/she will disassemble it and make sure everything is in order.
No. Assembly and preparation of the pipe is done by our Shisha Expert.
Usually, a Shisha Pipe won’t produce smoke because the kaloud was displaced, the coals got wet or the pipe has not been used for a long time. In any case, feel free to call us at +30 698 8246 343 to guide you through.
Change of the flavour cannot be done upon delivery. If you are not sure what you like most, we suggest you choose more than one with your order. In fact, for only 5 euro extra, you get one additional flavour plus one hour in your session duration, applicable to the 3-hour package (4 hours total).
We deliver orders Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 17:00.
Returns: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 20:00.
You can cancel your order up to one hour before delivery.
You can order any time online or by phone and have your Shisha delivered anywhere in Paros, during delivery days/hours, either on the same day or the day after.
Any damage caused to the Shisha Pipe or its equipment is covered by the customer.
Shisha is traditionally for one person; everyone is to enjoy their own pipe. The more people smoke from the same device, the more the smoking experience is affected; flavour may be altered and the session ends sooner, as the coals burn constantly. The maximum recommended number of smokers is three people per pipe.
We pay due attention to keep our equipment clean and our staff take all precautions necessary.
